Delivery

Is there a delivery fee?
For orders under $120 there is a $20 delivery fee.
Can I schedule a specific time for delivery or pick up?
We pick up at the end of the day – on the last day of your order or the following morning. If your desired times fall in between that, yes we can schedule it accordingly. For deliveries we will try our best to meet your time.
Do I need to be present at the time of pick up or delivery?
No. As long as you specify exactly where you want your items set up and dropped off we can take care of it.

Orders

Can we do a last minute extension to our order?
Yes, you can extend the rental dates by giving us a 24-48 hour notice.
What is the latest day I can place my order?
You can place your order the day of arrival before noon.
What is the best way to order?
The fastest and easiest way to order is online. You are welcome to also text or call us.
What type of payment do you accept?
All credit cards are accepted.
Is there a minimum days we have to rent?
Yes, we have a min of 2 day rentals.
Are your rentals clean and sanitized between orders?
Yes, absolutely. It is our priority that our items are safe and clean for every customer.

Terms

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Last minute order: We require payment in full 48 hours prior to delivery. The cancellation must be sent in same day (48 hours prior to delivery) before 6 pm. If the cancellation is made outside of this window – will be subject to a minimum of 2 day rental fee.
  • Same day order: We require payment at the time of the order. Same day orders are non-refundable.
  • Scheduled order: We require a 15% nonrefundable downpayment (that will count towards your balance) and the remainder is due 48 hours prior to delivery. Cancellations must be done in writing, 48 hours prior to order delivery. Any cancellations made after 48 hour window will be subject to a minimum of 2 day rental fee.
Weather
The weather is beyond our control and we do not offer refunds for items you cannot use due to weather. In case of a mandatory evacuation for your area, we will refund the unused days.
What happens is a rental item is lost or broken?
You are responsible for the item during your rental period. It is very important that you inform us of any problems that you are having with our inventory as soon as possible. Items returned damaged or lost items will be charged at full replacement value to the credit card on file. This charge is in addition to the rental charge.
What is an “oppsie fee”?
Our oppsie fee is an extra protection for the equipment that covers you and your group of accidental damage.
When does the credit card get charged?
After the rental agreement is signed.
Unattended Rental Items

Its important to never leave our equipment overnight at the beach or unattended. Each city picks up any unattended item that is left on the beach and disposes it.

Can we pick up the rental?
Because our storages are in different locations, we can schedule a meet but would rather deliver it to you.
Can I swap an item?
Once its in your possession, yes, there is a $20 swap out fee. If its before the rental has started, you may do it for no extra charge.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, once the order is placed a waiver will be emailed to you.
What if I have a problem with my rental item?
If an item is delivered damaged or unusable it is the customers responsibility to notify the office immediately and email a picture of the damaged item, so we can swap out the item ( at no charge ). After 48 hours of rental start date, customers will assume all responsibility of any items returned damaged and be required to pay a swap fee ( if requesting a swap ) and repair and /or replacement cost for the item.

Products

Do you rent car seats?
Unfortunately we do not.
How late in the day can I use the rentals?
Please keep in mind the city picks up any unattended items overnight and discards them.
Do you set up the items for me?
No, we just deliver them to your hotel, home or rental. We can also show you how to assemble some of the items.
Are we expected to clean the items before pick up?
No but we do ask that you treat the items with care.
Is the equipment new?
Our equipment is new or in excellent condition (gently used)
Can I rent some items longer than others?
Yes, but we will need 2 separate orders to be able to track the items.

We mostly cover the coastal areas of Pinellas county.
Where is your office?

We have a remote location in Clearwater Beach but have storages throughout.

Can I rent something that is not listed on your website?
Yes, please text us or call us to coordinate the order.
